煤炭研磨过程的分形能耗模型

【摘要】 煤炭的研磨过程能耗高、能量利用率低。为了找到节能降耗的有效途径,利用分形方法,建立了煤炭研磨过程的能耗模型,并讨论了颗粒表面分形维数和颗粒形状对研磨能耗的影响。研究表明:绝大部分能耗用在小颗粒的研磨上;颗粒表面分形维数越大,研磨能耗越高;颗粒形状越不规则,能耗越大。

【Abstract】 With low utilization efficiency,the energy consumption is extremely high during coal grinding process.By the fractal principle,a continuous model for grinding energy consumption is established to find effective ways for lowering the energy consumption.The influences of the fractal dimensions of surface and the shape factor of particles on the energy consumption are analyzed.It is proved that the small particles cost the dominant part of the energy consumption. The grinding energy consumption goes up with the increase of the surface fractal dimension sharply.The more irregular the particle shape is,the more grinding energy is needed.
