新疆龟兹矿西井近距离煤层安全高效开采技术
Safe and Efficient Mining Technology for Close-distance Coal Seam in Qiuzi Coal Mine of Xinjiang
【摘要】 为了实现新疆龟兹矿西井A5、A3近距离煤层的安全高效开采,基于矿区单翼采区特殊准备方式,针对A5煤层配焦煤与A3煤层硅煤配采问题,提出了近距离煤层上下逐替协同开采多种配套技术,解决了矿井采掘接替紧张、工作面间采动影响的难题。现场实践表明:采用近距离煤层上下逐替协同开采技术后,A502工作面平均年产量超过50万t,回采巷道最大变形量仅为60mm,实现了近距离煤层的安全高效开采。该技术对类似地质条件下的煤炭安全高效开采具有极强的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 In order to realize safe and efficient mining of close-distance coal seam,a variety of matching technologies in the cooperative mining close-distance coal seam up and down successively were put forward for A5 and A3 coal seam mining in Guizi Coal Mine.These technologies were based on the special preparation method of single-wing mining area,and aimed at the problems of blending coking coal in A5 coal seam and silicon coal in A3 coal seam.Finally,the problems of tight mining succession and the influence of mining between working faces were solved.Field practice showed that,the average annual output of A502 working face was more than 500,000 tons and the maximum deformation of mining roadway was only 60 mm after adopting the cooperative mining technology,which realized safe and efficient mining in close-distance coal seam.This technology had a good reference significance for the safe and efficient mining of coal under similar geological conditions.
