孔底空气间隔装药降振试验的反应谱分析

【摘要】 为了研究孔底空气间隔装药降低爆破振动效应的最佳空气层比例,进行了现场试验。首先,利用实测的爆破振动速度信号采用直接微分法获得了加速度信号,并利用EE-MD分解对加速度信号进行低通滤波去噪处理,获得了准确清晰的加速度曲线。然后,利用精确法求得了不同空气层比例下爆破振动信号的速度反应谱和标准速度反应谱。最后以能综合反映爆破振动特性与结构响应特性的速度反应谱峰值作为指标进行降振最佳空气层比例的选取,速度反应谱的峰值最小时的空气层比例为降低爆破振动效应的最佳值。

【Abstract】 In order to determine optimal air-space ratio of hole-bottom air-space charging to reduce blasting vibration effect,a field experiment was conducted.First,based on the measured velocity signal of blasting vibration velocity signal,the acceleration signal was obtained by direct differentiation method,and accurate and clear accelerating curve was gained by low pass filtering processing of the acceleration signal with EEMD decomposition.Then,the velocity response spectrum and the standard velocity response spectrum of basting vibration signal under different air-space ratio were given by accurate solution.Finally,with the peak value of velocity response spectrum as the index,which can comprehensively reflect blasting vibration characteristics and structural response characteristics,the optimal length ratio of bottom air-space layer to reduce blasting vibration is selected.When the peak value of velocity response spectrum reaches the minimum,the length ratio of air-space layer is the best value.
