用综合系数法评价爆破震动作用下巷道稳定性

【摘要】 为保障爆破震动作用下巷道的安全与稳定,采用Blastmate III测振仪对铜坑矿生产爆破现场进行了爆破震动监测测试,结合测试结果采用综合系数法对巷道的稳定性进行了评估,得到了不同综合系数K值下满足巷道稳定的最大单段药量计算公式,提出了合适的爆破方式及支护形式。其评价分析方法和结论对相似矿山具有一定的参照意义。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the safety and stability of the underground tunnel under blasting vibration,the blasting vibration was monitored with Blastmate Ⅲ vibration measurer in the production site of Tongkeng mine.Based on the test results,the stability of the underground tunnel was evaluated with comprehensive coefficient method,a calculation formula of Maximum charge in one delay time for ensuring the stability of underground tunnel under different comprehensive coefficient K-value was presented,and appropriate blasting methods and supporting pattern were proposed.The evaluation method and conclusions are of reference value to some similar mines.
