松散煤层钻进用水玻璃注浆材料的室内研究

【摘要】 主要讨论了适用于晋煤赵庄矿3#煤储层裂隙过度发育和裂隙交汇地带随钻注浆加固浆液的性能。在室内实验中,用一定直径的松散煤粒作为胶结对象,固结浆液以水玻璃为主剂,测试松散煤粒与固结浆液混合后的抗压强度。研究了促凝剂A溶液含量、水玻璃含量、注浆浆液含量、煤样粒度等因素对固结体抗压强度的影响,得出了一种效果较好的固结浆液配方,可用于指导瓦斯抽采孔的施工。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the performances of borehole grouting material appli cable to the conditions of very developed cracks in the 3# coal seam of Zhaozh uang mine,Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group.In the indoor experiment of grouting,loose coal particles with a certain diameters was taken as object to be cemented ,and soluble glass was used as the main component of consolidation slurry,the co mpression strength of solidified coal was test. Especially,the impacts of the co ntent of Coagulant A solution,soluble glass content,grouting slurry content,the sizes of coal particle,and so on the compression strength of solidified coal we re studied.A better mixing formula of consolidation slurry was developed,which can be used to guide the construction of gas drainage holes.
