渗流计算中的一维压缩存储及PCG程序设计
One Dimension Compressing Storage of Total Water Transmission Matrix in Seepage Calculation and Programming PCG Method
【摘要】 在大型渗流计算中,由于总导水矩阵的对称性、大型性、稀疏性,导水矩阵数据的存储算法对总导水矩阵的存储量起关键作用。结合PCG方法探讨了矩阵的一维压缩存储算法,提出了本算法的计算理论和方法。实例计算结果表明,一维压缩存储PCG求解能够显著减少计算时间、降低计算成本。
【Abstract】 In the analysis of a large seepage system,the total water transmission matrix is symmetric,large and sparse,so the data storage algorithm of total water transmission matrix is the key factor for the total amount of data storage.In this paper,a new one dimension compressing data storage algorithm of the matrix is present in combination with preconditioned conjugate gradient(PCG) method,and also,the formulas and the calculating process for this algorithm are discussed.The calculation of an engineering case shows that the one dimension compressing data storage algorithm combined with PCG approach can reduce calculation time remarkably and calculation cost.
