金星矿业井上下联合探放水设计的地球物理探测方法

【摘要】 青岛金星矿业股份有限公司(简称金星矿业) 5号脉穿脉巷掘进过程中,因周边存在民采井及采空区,存在老空水的可能性较大。为确保施工安全,根据矿山防治水原则,在地表采用高密度电法对5号脉充水采空区位置进行地球物理探测,在井下采用TSP法对掘进面前方0~100 m区段进行地质超前预报探测,探测区段内是否存在富水区及其它不良地质体。在查明采空区及老空水具体位置的基础上,制定5号脉探放水设计,通过在地表掘进钻孔至存水空区,从地表下放潜水泵,将空区上部水抽出,从而降低了老空水水位,减小了井下探放水水压,通过井上下采取联合措施,确保了井下探放水安全。

【Abstract】 In the process of excavation of the 5 th vein of Qingdao Jinxing Mining Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Jinxing Mining) crossing tunnel,there is a possibility of old empty water due to the existence of civil mining wells and goafs around the area; to ensure construction safety, according to mine prevention and control water principle, geophysical exploration of the position of the No.5 vein water-filled goaf is carried out on the surface by high-density electrical method.The TSP method is used to detect the geological advance prediction of the 0~100 m section in front of the excavation face.Rich water area and other bad geological bodies.On the basis of ascertaining the specific location of the goaf and the old air,the No.5 pulse water discharge design was formulated.By drilling the surface to the water storage area,the submersible pump was lowered from the surface to extract the upper water from the empty area,thereby reducing the old empty water level reduces the water pressure of the underground exploration and discharge water,and adopts joint measures up and down the well to ensure the safety of the underground exploration and release water.
