单孔爆破振动不耦合效应试验研究
Experimental Study on Single Hole Blasting Vibration Effect of Decoupling Charge
【摘要】 单孔爆破是各种爆破技术研究的基础,通过改变不耦合系数1.0~1.7,对距炮孔中心不同距离进行爆破振动测试,研究了单孔爆破振动的不耦合效应。不耦合装药能够显著地降低振动速度峰值,相同耦合系数条件下爆破振动速度随着距离增加而成指数衰减,在相同距离时最大降振率可以达到80%。在单孔爆破振动测试试验基础上,给出了不耦合系数与振动强度及距爆源距离的关系。
【Abstract】 Single-hole blasting is the basis of kinds of blasting technology research,blasting vibration test are done in different distances from the center of hole to study the effect of de coupling charge of single-hole blasting vibration by changing the decouple coefficient of 1.0~1.7.Vibration velocity peak value could be reduced remarkably by decoupling charge,blasting vibration velocity exponential decay with the increase of distance under the same coupling coefficient condition,maximum vibration reduction rate could up to 80% when at the same distance.Presents the relationship of decouple coefficient 、vibration intensity and distance to explosion source on the basis of single-hole blasting vibration test.
