基于围岩松动圈现场测试的深部软岩巷道支护技术优化

【摘要】 采用围岩松动圈支护理论,在支护设计前,用BA-Ⅱ型围岩松动圈测试仪对马路坪矿640中段运输大巷新开挖的20 m巷道进行了围岩松动圈测试,并用数值模拟的方法对测试结果进行了验证。对目前使用的支护形式进行了优化设计,并在640中段运输大巷进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明,改进的支护形式是最优的,为马路坪矿深部开拓工程的支护设计提供了技术参考。

【Abstract】 By adopting support theory based on excavation damage zone,the extent of excavation damage zone was measured with BA-Ⅱ loose zone tester for the newly excavated 20 m roadway in 640 m level transportation roadway.Test results were verified with numerical simulation methods.The existing support method was optimized and an commercial test was performed for 640 m level transportation roadway.Test results show that the improved support method is the best,which can provide technical references for support designs of deep development works in Maluping Mine.
