供气式低压射流曝气器结构与运行参数对曝气器氧传质的影响

【摘要】 供气式低压射流曝气氧传质影响因素的探究一直是污水处理领域的研究热点。射流曝气器的结构与其运行参数是影响射流曝气氧传质的重要因素。在5. 5 m水深条件下,对不同大小一级喷嘴直径的射流曝气器在不同运行参数条件下进行充氧性能评价。结果表明,随着运行气量的增加,射流曝气器的标准氧转移效率(SOTE)减少;随着循环水量增加,射流曝气器的SOTE随之增加;随着供气式低压射流曝气器一级喷嘴直径的增加,SOTE及理论动力效率(SAE)随之减小,而电耗随之增加。

【Abstract】 Research on the impact factors of air-forced type low-pressure jet aeration oxygen mass transfer had received considerable attention in wastewater treatment field. The structure of the jet aerator and its operating parameters are important factors affecting the mass transfer of aerobic oxygen in the jet. The impacts through a pilot test using the aeration aerators with different nozzle sizes of different sizes at 5. 5 m water depth was studied. The results show that SOTE of jet aerator decreases with the increase of air flow rate,SOTE of jet aerator increases with the increase of circulating water rate,SOTE and SAE decrease with the increase of primary nozzle diameter and power consumption.
