抛石基床振动密实颗粒流数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation Study on Vibration Compaction of Rubble Bed
【摘要】 振动密实法是提高抛石基床承载力的一种方法,它通过重锤振动使小颗粒物质挤入孔隙,增加介质密实度进而提高承载力。采用振动密实法必须选择合理的工艺参数,包括振动遍数、振动锤质量等,其选取缺少理论依据。基于工程实践中的随机抛石尺寸,通过随机填充法形成颗粒簇,利用颗粒流数值模拟软件PFC2D,探讨了振动密实抛石基床的动态作用过程及遍数、锤重对密实度的影响。结果表明基床获得最佳密实时重锤的质量为8 t,振动次数为6遍,此时振动效果最佳。研究成果可为抛石基床振动锤的选用和深化认识振动密实法的作用机制提供参考。
【Abstract】 Vibration compaction is used as a way to improve the capacity of rubble bed.By vibration,small particles are made into pore to increase the compactness of medium.Then,the bearing capacity can be improved.Vibration compaction must select reasonable parameters,such as vibration times and the vibration hammer mass.But because of the lack of theoretical basis,how to select reasonable parameters became a problem.Based on the size of random rubble in site,PFC2 D is adopted to establish the model,and effect of vibration process,vibration times and vibration hammer mass are discussed.It concludes that when vibration hammer mass is 8 t and the vibrating times is 6 times,the compaction effect is most obvious.The research findings can provide reference to vibration compaction.
