X80输气管线悬空状态下的安全评价

【摘要】 X80管线在我国西部恶劣复杂的环境中运行时,各类地质灾害经常造成管道悬空现象,严重影响管道的安全运营。在万能材料试验机上对X80管线进行拉伸试验,得其本构关系,为仿真计算提供依据。借助弹性地基理论、Winkler假定对悬空管道力学模型进行分析,应用基于应变准则的失效判据来判断管道的安全状态,并用有限元软件ABAQUS对X80悬空输气管道的安全状态进行模拟与分析。结果表明:最大应力、应变及挠度与悬空长度、管径比(D/t)呈正相关;悬空管道的危险点,位于埋设段与悬空段交汇处。这些结论为悬空管道的安全评估提供了一定的理论基础。

【Abstract】 X80 pipeline operate in the western region of China where the environment conditions are extremely complicated. All kinds of geological disasters along the pipeline will result in pipeline dangling phenomenon. This phenomenon will seriously affect the safety of pipelines operation. The constitutive relationship of the X80 pipeline which getting from the tensile test operated in the universal material testing machine can provide the basis for the simulation calculation. The elastic foundation theory and Winkler assumption is used to analyze the mechanical model of suspended pipelines. The strain failure criterion is used to estimate the safety state of pipes. The finite element program ABAQUS is used to simulate and analyze the safety state of the X80 gas transmission pipes. The results indicate that the maximum stress,strain,deflection are in proportional to suspended length and diameterthickness ratio of pipeline( D / t). The most dangerous point of the pipe locates in the buried section and hanging section interchanged. These conclusions can provide theoretical basis for the safety assessment of suspended pipelines.
