【摘要】 随着城市规模的不断扩大和人口的过度集中,健全城市防灾系统已成为一项不容忽视的艰巨任务。在城市各类防灾系统中,公园绿地是一种既能为城市居民提供自然游憩空间、改善城市生态环境,同时又能发挥避难疏散的重要作用场所。以唐山市凤凰山公园扩绿工程设计方案为例,说明公园在规划设计时,应把"防灾"理念加入到常规公园的设计中。其中重点研究防灾设施布置、道路规划、植物种类选择、边界处理等方面的内容,让公园在受灾时切实起到避难疏散的重要作用。研究结果为我国规划建设城市防灾型公园提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid expansion of city scale and the excessive concentration of population,the sound urban disaster prevention system has become a necessary arduous task.Among the various urban disaster prevention systems,park green space can provide natural space for citizens,can improve the city ecological environment,which is important space for seeking refuge and evacuation.Fenghuangshan Park in Tangshan city is selected as a case study area, it illuminates when planner is planning the project of park,it should think over disaster-prevention thought.Further more,it also discusses disaster-prevention establishment layout,planning the road,selecting plant species,disposing the boundary and so on.When disaster takes place,the disaster-prevention parks are able to play important roles in seeking refuge and evacuation.The results of the research provide guidance and reference for the urban disaster-prevention park planning and design in China.更多还原
