东濮凹陷油气精细勘探可持续发展的对策

【摘要】 东濮凹陷是渤海湾盆地既富油又富气的凹陷之一,虽然经过了30多年的勘探开发,仍具有较大的勘探潜力。要实现东濮凹陷精细勘探的可持续发展,应根据凹陷不同构造带特征,采用相适用的技术对策。在凹陷西部斜坡带注重精细落实断裂夹缝带,不断发现新的油气富集块;中央隆起带北部注重储量空白区填空,实现多层系含油断块的叠合连片;中央隆起带南部重在依据高精度地震资料,修正构造格局,评价挖潜目标。发展高精度三维地震勘探、多目标定向钻井等适用于东濮凹陷精细勘探的配套技术,推行项目管理和部—院—厂相结合的勘探开发一体化运作管理机制,这是精细勘探可持续发展的有效保障措施。

【Abstract】 Dongpu sag is one of the few sags in Bohai Bay Basin that are abundant with both oil and gas.Although it has been explored and developed for more than 30 years,there is great potential in the sag.In order to realize sustainable development of accurate exploration in the sag,suitable technical strategies should be adopted on the basis of different characteristics of structural belts.It is important to seek faulted zones in western clinoform zone so as to find some new oil-bearing fault blocks continually.To join the multilayer oil-bearing fault blocks together,attention should be paid to fill the blank of reserves in northern central uplift belt.It is essential to focus on the modification of structural details on the basis of high accuracy seismic data,so that the target area can be evaluated accurately in southern central uplift belt.It is effective to secure sustainable development of accurate exploration by developing technologies for high accuracy seismic exploration and multi-target directional well drilling that are suitable to accurate exploration in the sag,implementing project management and integrated management mechanism of exploration and development that combines exploration departments with institutes and oil producing factories together.
