基于微机群的三维叠前深度偏移并行算法
The parallel algorithm of 3-D prestack depth migration on PC cluster
【摘要】 针对分布式微机群并行系统特点,设计出一个高效实用的并行三维叠前深度偏移算法。使用MPI编程,将该算法在微机群上实现。通过使用合理的优化策略,解决了影响微机群计算效率的输入/输出瓶颈问题。在地质情况十分复杂的CB地区进行的试验表明,所设计的并行算法具有很高的并行效率和良好的可扩展性。
【Abstract】 This paper presented a parallel 3-D prestack depth migration algorithm that was designed to run on PCcluster system, and realized it with MPI programming. The I/O bottlenecks that harmed the efficiency of the par-allel algorithm were resolved by adopting suitable optimization strategy. Tests on datasets from CB area of com-plex geological structures showed that the algorithm reached satisfactory parallelization and scalability
