电热板消解不同酸体系对土壤中6种重金属元素测定的影响研究

【摘要】 为研究不同敞开酸溶消解法对土壤样品中重金属元素测定的影响,分别采用HNO3-HF-HClO4、HClHNO3、H2SO4-HNO33种敞开酸溶消解方法对标准土壤样品GBW07405(GSS-5)进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定了3种敞开酸溶消解法前处理标准土壤样品中6种重金属元素(In、Be、Ni、Cd、Pb、Cu)的含量,进而探究出酸溶消解法前处理土壤样品的最优消解方法。结果表明:HNO3-HF-HClO4消解法对标准土壤样品的消解最彻底且消解液澄清,测定结果的准确度和精密度最高,更适用于土壤样品的前处理。进一步探究了HNO3-HF-HClO4消解法操作过程中加酸量的误差和消解温度对标准土壤样品中6种重金属元素含量测定结果的影响,结果表明:加酸量误差对HNO3-HF-HClO4消解法前处理标准土壤样品中重金属元素含量的测定结果没有影响;土壤样品初期消解温度以120℃为宜。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of different open acid dissolution on the determination of heavy metal elements in soil samples,this paper applies three digestion methods of open acid solution in the pretreatment of standard soil sample GBW07405(GSS-5):HNO3-HF-HClO4,HCl-HNO3 and H2SO4-HNO3.The paper applies Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)to measuring six heavy metal elements(In,Be,Ni,Cd,Pb and Cu)in three open acid dissolution,and explores the best solution for acid digestion.The results show that the HNO3-HF-HClO4 method is the most thorough digestion method for soil samples and the digestion solution is clarified,the accuracy and precision of soil samples are the highest,and the HNO3-HF-HClO4 is more suitable for pretreatment of soil samples.The paper further explores the error of adding acid and the influence of digestion temperature in the process of HNO3-HF-HClO4 digestion.The results show that the determination results of the standard soil samples pretreated by HNO3-HF-HClO4 digestion are not affected by the error of acid addition,and the initial digestion temperature at 120℃is appropriate.
