ZS-2540×1200型电磁振动给料机厚料层颗粒的运动仿真

【摘要】 为了探究ZS-2540×1200型电磁振动给料机的物料颗粒在厚料层状态下的运动规律,基于离散单元法,分别对厚料层和薄料层状态下该给料机输送过程中的物料颗粒运动进行仿真。仿真结果表明:两种状态下的物料颗粒运动有所不同,薄料层的物料颗粒呈持续跳跃运动规律,而厚料层底部局部颗粒运动出现较大波动,中上层颗粒运动较为平缓,无明显波动且呈蠕动状态;厚料层的物料颗粒运动的动力源在自下而上能量传递过程中,颗粒相互碰撞使能量被耗散出现衰减,而底层物料颗粒运动受到了上层物料颗粒的压迫,导致不同高度颗粒的运动规律出现差异。仿真结果为电磁振动给料机的维护及优化设计提供了参考。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the motion laws of the particles in thick material layer on ZS-2540×1200 electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the motion laws of the particles in thick material layer and thin material layer during operation of the feeder were simulated separately. The simulation results showed: the motion of the particles in thick material layer and in thin material layer differed, the particles in thin material layer kept continuous jumping motion, while the bottom particles in thick material layer appeared considerable fluctuation,but the middle and the top particles moved gently, showing creeping status without obvious fluctuation; during the energy delivery process of the power source of particles in thick material layer, the energy was dissipated and attenuated due to collision of particles, while the motion of bottom particles was pressed by the upper particles, which led to the difference in motion laws of particles at various height. The simulation results offered reference for maintenance and optimization design of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder.
