【Abstract】 This paper first analyzes 36 seriously disaster-stricken counties and cities caused by earthquake in Wenchuan by means of principal component analysis using SPSS software and efficacy coefficient using MATLAB software respectively.Then,it tests whether these two results are consistent by KENDALL-W test.Finally,it integrates the two assessment values and gets a comprehensive result.更多还原
