【摘要】 云南灾害频发,滇民深受其苦。乾隆朝非常重视民生,对云南灾情勤加赈恤;清高宗亦多次朱批,关切灾赈事宜。乾隆朝办理赈恤及时迅速,措施周密,惠及人员众多,地域广泛,边疆土司辖地亦不例外。为保证灾黎均沾实惠,云南督抚与办赈官吏还平抑粮价,并对灾赈严格监督,以防吏胥从中克扣。乾隆朝对云南灾情的大力赈恤,保障了当时云南社会的和谐安定,促进了经济稳步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunnan people suffered from so many disasters that Qianlong dynasty paid much attention on people’s livelihood and provided a lot of succor to them.Qianlong also was concerned about the succor to the sufferers.Qianlong dynasty provided the succor promptly with the detailed policies,and benefited numerous people in a large scope,even in the border areas.Yunnan governors and the officials also adjusted grain price and supervised the process of succor in case of corruption.The succor to the sufferers of Qianlong dynasty made Yunnan society harmonious and stable,and developed the economy.更多还原
