区域发展需求驱动的交通运输工程专业学位研究生培养模式探索
Transportation Engineering Professional Degree Postgraduate Education Mode under Regional Development Driven
【摘要】 为了提高交通运输工程专业学位研究生的培养质量,构建解释结构模型,以解析影响专业学位研究生培养质量的指标因素,并获取各影响要素之间的递阶层次关系。在分析云南省社会经济发展需求的基础上,以昆明理工大学交通运输工程专业学位研究生培养模式为例,给出提升专业学位研究生培养质量的优化对策。结果表明:课程设计、跨学科教育、研究生培养质量评估体系与实践考核及激励制度,对专业学位研究生的培养质量具有重要影响,政府支持力度则是提升专业学位研究生培养质量的外部保障。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the education quality of transportation engineering professional degree postgraduate,the Interpretative Structure Model( ISM) method is employed to analyze the impact factor in the education quality of postgraduate education,and we reveal a multi- level hierarchical structure of the factors. Based on analyzing the social and economic development requirements in Yunnan,the optimization measures to improve the professional degree postgraduate education quality are proposed. The postgraduate education mode is also discussed in Faculty of Transportation Engineering,Kunming University of Science and Technology. The results indicate that curriculum design,interdisciplinary education,education quality assessment and evaluation and incentive system of practicing have an important effect and the capacity of government support is the external reassurance to promote the education quality of professional degree postgraduate.
