【摘要】 构建地区科普能力评价指标体系,综合运用因子分析-熵值法、因子分析-DEA分析法、协调性分析法等方法,依据2016年我国大陆地区31个省(区、市)相关数据,从规模和效率两个层面实证评价与分析地区科普能力。结果表明,我国科普规模能力的地区之间和地区内部发展均不平衡,多数地区科普效率达到最优,地区科普规模能力与效率能力不协调现象突出,因此,国家应该进一步激励各地区发展科普事业的内生动力,特别是根据自身特点"强优势补短板",实现科普规模能力与效率能力的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the statistical data of 31 provinces in China in 2016,the study constructs the evaluation index system to estimate the regional science popularization ability from the two dimensions of scale and efficiency and with a combination of factor analysis-entropy method,factor analysis-DEA analysis,coordination analysis,etc. This shows that there is a regional and intra-regional imbalance in science popularization scale ability,most regions are optimal in science popularization efficiency ability,and the incoordination is significant between scale ability and efficiency ability. The government should further stimulate endogenous impetus of the regional development of science popularization,and make up for shortcomings according to their own characteristics,and achieve the coordinated development of science popularization scale ability and efficiency ability.更多还原
