【摘要】 如皋市自然资源统一确权登记作为江苏省3个省级试点之一,在开展全要素自然资源确权登记的基础上,以滩涂和水流资源确权登记为重点,探索自然资源登记单元边界划定原则,形成自然资源确权登记操作指引。文章以该试点经验阐述一种以土地调查数据为基础的自然资源调查技术方法,为后期全面开展自然资源统一确权登记工作提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Unified Confirmation and Registration of Natural Resources in Rugao City is one of the three provinciallevel pilot projects in Jiangsu Province. On the basis of carrying out the registration of all-element natural resources,the boundary of natural resources registration unit is explored with the focus on the registration of beach resources and water resources. Defining principles and forming guidelines for the registration of natural resource confirmation rights.Based on this pilot experience, this paper expounds a technical method of natural resource survey based on land survey data, which provides a reference for the comprehensive and full-scale natural resource unified verification and registration work.更多还原
