【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,我国高等院校体制机制改革与管理决策创新日益向广度和深度推进。民办高等院校是我国高等教育体系中的重要组成部分,对应用型乃至研究型人才的培养起着重要作用。在国际化视域中,我国民办高校应制定适应国内外教育环境变化与发展的总体战略,并通过SWOT分析认清自身发展的优势与劣势,把握自身发展的挑战与机遇,以有效实施战略管理。同时,应着力探索国际化创新发展的路径,多形式、多渠道开展国际合作与交流,以朝向研究型大学迈进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the beginning of the 21 st century, the institutional reforms and innovations in management decisions of higher education institutions in our country have been increasingly extended to the breadth and depth. Private colleges and universities are an important part of China’s higher education system and play an important role in the education and cultivation of applied talents. The "13 th Five-Year Plan" for education in China points out that it is necessary to further strengthen education informatization, expand international horizons and expand international communication, and increase the right to speak internationally in education. In the perspective of internationalization, private colleges and universities should formulate an overall strategy that meets the needs of changes in the educational environment and social development. Through the SWOT analysis, we should recognize the strengths and weaknesses of our own development, seize the challenges and opportunities of our own development to effectively implement strategic management.
