建筑中防水性能造价约束与抗冲击能力建模

【摘要】 分析土建结构中防水工程造价与建筑体抗冲击能力的关系,达到最优的造价约束与抗冲击性能配比。传统的防水建造中,采用的经验模态分解和刚度退化结合的模型设计建筑防水性能余数和抗冲击能力的关系模型,模型受到造价配比、冲击损伤和材料的疲劳性能的影响,关系模型构成复杂,应用价值不大。提出一种基于冲击损伤开裂点和屈服点等特征能量限制的防水性能造价约束模型,分析造价约束与建筑体抗冲击能力的关系。分析建筑结构的冲击损伤开裂点和屈服点等特征能量限制模型,构建单元平衡方程,依据Euler-Bernoulli防水性能造价余数理论,建立多尺度钢框架非线性有限元模型,从结构的整体层面对结构的屈服机制作出评价,得到建筑防水设计中的抗冲击纵向残余应力分布模型。采用有限元软件ANSYS分析建筑中的防水性能造价约束参数,实现建筑中防水性能造价约束与抗冲击能力建模分析。试验分析得出,采用该模型,能实现以最低的防水造价成本,实现最大的建筑结构的抗冲击性能,能在相同的抗冲击防损伤强度下,节约防水造价成本28%,提高建筑质量,节约工程开销具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The relationship between the anti shock ability analysis of cost and building waterproof engineering in civil and structural engineering, cost constrained optimal and anti impact performance ratio is achieved. Waterproof construction in the traditional relational model, empirical mode decomposition and by the stiffness degradation model design of building waterproof performance of remainder binding and shock resistant ability, model affected by impact fatigue damage and material cost ratio, the relationship between model, it should use less value. A waterproof performance cost constraint model based on impact damage cracking point and the yield point is proposed, the characteristic energy limited, the relationship between anti impact ability analysis of cost constraints and building body. Impact Damage Cracking point analysis of the building results and the yield point, the characteristic energy confinement model, constructing the element equilibrium equation, on the basis of Euler-Bernoulli waterproof performance cost residue theory establishment of steel frame, nonlinear finite element model of multi scale, from the overall structure of the layer structure in the face of the yield mechanism to evaluate, get in waterproofing design impact the longitudinal residual stress distribution model. By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS waterproof performance cost constraint parameters in architecture, implementation of modeling waterproof performance cost constraint construction and anti impact capability analysis. Test results, using this model, can realize to waterproof the most under cost, realize the impact resistance performance of building structure of the biggest impact, the anti damage strength under the same cost saving, the waterproof is saved by 28%, improve the quality of construction, it has the important meaning to save the project cost.
