城市地震灾害预测与辅助决策信息支持系统设计与实现

【摘要】 指出了城市地震灾害预测与辅助决策信息支持系统的主要目标,详细介绍了系统的总体架构、功能模块和数据库的设计方案,探讨了系统设计开发中存在的多源异构数据融合、海量数据调度和建筑物震害预测等关键问题,并给出了其相应的解决方案,最后基于杭州市区实际数据展示了系统主要功能的实现结果。

【Abstract】 In this study,the main design goals of the GIS system for urban seismic disaster prediction and the decision-making support were proposed.The design plans for overall framework,function modules and system database were introduced in detail,some solutions were given to solve key problems in exploitation and design process,such as data fusion,massive data manipulation and earthquake damage prediction of the buildings.In the end,it demonstrated the core functions of this system based on the data about urban area of Hangzhou city.
