【摘要】 服务业是社会经济中不可或缺的一部分,在发展过程中受诸多因素影响。文中对浙江地区的服务业进行研究,从而为其他省市提供一定的参考与建议。文中旨在从发展规模与发展结构2个层面研究浙江省服务业发展影响因素并据此提出相关政策建议。通过建立一、二级服务业影响因素指标体系,使用R软件、综合运用主成分分析法、灰色关联度分析方法和模糊综合评价法等统计与数学分析方法。研究结果表明:4个部门都对服务业发展水平具有一定影响,但外部因素的影响程度较低,四者从高到低的影响程度排序为企业、个人、政府、外部因素。从而提出了如下政策建议:增加对外开放程度,加强对外交流,间接促进服务业发展;注意内需的作用,刺激人民增加消费从而直接拉动服务业发展等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The service industry is an indispensable part of the social economy and is affected by many factors in its development process.This paper studies the service industry in Zhejiang to provide certain references and suggestions for other provinces and cities.The purpose of this paper is to study the influencing factors of service industry development in Zhejiang Province from two aspects of development scale and structure,and to put forward relevant policy recommendations accordingly.Through the establishment of index system of influencing factors of primary and secondary service industries,statistical and mathematical analysis methods such as R software,principal component analysis,grey correlation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used.The results show that all the factors have certain influence on the development of the service industry.And the degree of the four from high to low is ranked as enterprise,individual,government and external factors.Therefore,suggestions such as attaching importance to the company’s own development level are put forward.更多还原
