三机位飞机库中预应力斜拉结构的应用

【摘要】 本文讨论了斜拉结构在跨度为218m的飞机库中的应用。结合机库跨度大、塔高受限制及悬挂大。屯位吊车的特点,选用了预应力斜拉折线形上弦钢桁架做为屋盖的主要承重结构。通过静力分析表明,斜拉索施加预应力后钢桁架挠度及杆件内力大为减少而索力增长不大。通过动力分析得知,机库在水平及竖向均为较柔结构,地震作用影响较小。计算结果表明;采用斜拉屋盖结构,单位面积耗钢量远比目前世界上跨度最大的新加坡章宜机场机库的平板网架结构为低。

【Abstract】 This article treats of the application of prestressed cable-stayed structure in a 218m span hangar.Cable-stayed steel truss with polygonal top chord is adopted as the main bearing structure of the hangar roof.From the results of static analysis, it is known that after prestressing the cables i most of the stresses in the main truss members are greatly reduced,while the stresses in most cables are increased, but only to a rather limited extent,none of them exceed the permissible stress of the cable.The dynamic analysis demonstrates that the hangar cable-stayed structure belongs to the category of flexible structures.So it is suitable for seismic zones. Calculations show that the unit-area steel consumption is much less than that for the hangar with flat space truss at the Zhangyi airport in Singapore,the longest span hangar in the world.
