单层柱面网壳相贯节点刚度模拟方法研究

【摘要】 节点刚度对单层网壳结构的变形与稳定性能影响显著.本文提出一种相贯节点刚度的计算方法,通过梁元模型与壳元模型之间的对比,可以较为准确地模拟相贯节点的轴向刚度以及面内与面外抗弯刚度.对T型、Y型、X型、K型等多种相贯节点的变形性能、弹簧刚度及其影响因素进行了深入分析,研究了支管杆端变形与主管径厚比的关系,探讨了梁元模型对单层网壳结构的适用条件.为了验证该计算方法的正确性,分别采用梁元-弹簧模型与多尺度分析模型,对单层柱面网壳结构的变形性能与屈曲特征值进行了分析,结果表明两种模型具有较好的一致性.最后,给出了在单层柱面网壳结构设计时,考虑相贯节点刚度的相关建议.

【Abstract】 Joint stiffness has a notably significant effect on the deformation and stability of the single-layer latticed shell.By comparing the beam element model with the shell element model,this paper proposed an analytical method for spring stiffness of tubular joints which can simulate the axial stiffness,in-plane bending stiffness and out-of-plane bending stiffness of tubular joints more accurately.The paper made a thorough analysis of the deformation,spring stiffness and its influencing factors of the T-Joint,Y-Joint,XJoint and K-Joint.Besides,it studied the relationship between the beam-end deformation of web member and chords′diameter-thickness ratio.Then the applicable condition of the beam element model on the single-layer latticed shell was investigated.In order to verify the correctness of the method,both beam-spring model and multi-scale model are employed to analyze the deformation and buckling eigenvalue of the singlelayer latticed reticulated shell.The results displayed a good consistency between the two models.Finally,the paper made relevant suggestions about taking the tubular joint stiffness into consideration in the design of single-layer latticed cylindrical shell.
