一种矩形平面弦支柱面网壳的形体及受力特性研究

【摘要】 弦支穹顶是一种典型的由索、杆、梁单元组成的空间结构,可充分发挥预应力技术的优势来提高单层网壳的刚度和承载能力.近年来已有较多的研究和工程应用,如用于体育建筑、会展建筑等,但其建筑平面多为与穹顶球面(椭球面)网壳相应的圆形平面(椭圆形平面),比较单一,影响了推广应用范围.本文提出一种由上部单层柱面网壳和下部弦支体系组合而成矩形平面的弦支柱面网壳,对其结构型体进行了研究.根据单层柱面网壳网格类型和弦支形式提出了n环弦支单向斜杆正交正放网格型柱面网壳、n环弦支两向正交正放网格型柱面网壳、n环弦支联方网格型柱面网壳、n环弦支三向网格型柱面网壳等四种弦支柱面网壳.以单跨单波三环弦支单向斜杆正交正放网格型为例对弦支柱面网壳的受力特性进行了深入研究,探讨了预应力水平、杆件截面、矢跨比等参数变化对弦支柱面网壳内力和变位的影响,并对其特征值屈曲、非线性屈曲和基本模态进行了分析.分析研究结果表明,矩形平面的弦支柱面网壳是一种技术经济指标优越、有推广应用前景的新型空间结构.

【Abstract】 Suspen-dome is a typical space structure composed by cable,rod and beam elements,which can give full play to the advantages of pre-stressed technology to improve the stiffness and load carrying capacity of single-layer shell.In recent years,there are more research and engineering applications,such as sports building,exhibition building and so on.However,the construction planes are mostly circular or oval ones corresponding to the spherical or ellipsoid domes.The unitary form interrupted the promotion application of the suspen-dome.This paper presents a new form of suspended cylindrical lattice shell,which is a combination of an upper single-layer cylindrical shell and a lower chord suspended system.According to the grid type of single-layer cylindrical shell and form of chord suspended system,four types of suspended cylindrical lattice shells are defined including n-loop suspended orthogonal grid with one bracing type,n-loop suspended two way orthogonal grid type,n-loop suspended lamella grid type,and n-loop suspended three-way grid type.Taking single one-loop suspended orthogonal grid with one bracing type of suspended cylindrical shell as an example,the mechanical properties with different prestress level,bar cross-section and rise to span ratio are investigated.Also,analysis on eigenvalue buckling,non-linear buckling and vibration mode is produced.The result shows that the suspended cylindrical shell has superior technical and economic indicators,and is a new type of spatial stucture with popularization and application prospects.
