索结构施工监控中的索力测试方法研究

【摘要】 提出了一种基于光纤光栅传感网络系统的索力测量方法.这是一种间接的测量方法,其适用条件在于:结构中使用的拉索一般都是在弹性范围内工作,此时索力与索头上的应变存在一定的关系.利用这种关系,可以在拉索生产后将光纤光栅应变传感器焊接于索头某处,然后对索进行拉力试验标定,绘制出索中拉力与传感器波长变化的关系曲线,这样就可以在施工现场通过读取传感器的波长变化从而推导出索力的变化.本文列举目前常用的索力测量手段,分析其各自的适用范围和局限性;介绍光纤光栅传感网络系统的工作原理,提出将其应用于索力测量的设想;以某实际工程为例,介绍并详细分析对于两种不同构造的拉索,如何采用本方法进行索力测量;最后总结了本方法的适用性以及尚待改进的问题.

【Abstract】 In this paper,a measuring method of cable force based on fiber grating sensor network system is put forward,which is a kind of indirect measuring method.It is applicable when cable is commonly in elastic range.Based on the relationship of cable force and strain of cable head,the curve for the cable fore and sensor wavelength changes could be drawn by test.So through reading the wavelength of sensors in the construction site,the changes of cable force can be deduced.Some currently commony used measuring methods of cable force are introduced first.Their applicable scopes and limitations are discussed respectively.The working principle of fiber grating sensor network system is then introduced,and the ideas for using it in cable force measurement are put forward.Followed that,a practical engineering example is given,and how to measure cable force for different kinds of cable is analyzed in detail.The applicability and fields needing improvement for this method are finally summarized.
