【摘要】 新型研发机构作为广东区域创新体系的重要组成部分,经历了十多年的发展,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。为进一步促进新型研发机构"树标提质",对新型研发机构开展竞争力研究。通过对相关指标进行量化,建立广东省新型研发机构竞争力评价指标体系及测算方法,对比2015、2016年广东省新型研发机构综合竞争力评价值的最高值、平均值、中位数值,发现新型研发机构整体保持较为健康、稳定的发展,机构之间的发展差异在逐渐缩小。并在研究结果的基础上论证该指标体系的科学性、合理性,以供相关部门参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of Guangdong’s regional innovation system, new R&D institutions have experienced more than ten years of development and made remarkable achievements. In order to further promote the new R & D institutions, this paper studies the competitiveness of new R&D institutions. By quantifying the relevant indexes, this paper establishes the evaluation index system and calculation methods of the competitiveness of new R&D institutions in Guangdong province, and compares the highest value, the average value, and the median value of the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation value of the new-type R&D institutions in Guangdong province in 2015 and 2016. It is found that the new R&D institutions as a whole maintain a healthy and stable development, and the development gap between the institutions is gradually narrowing. On the basis of the research results, the paper proves that the index system is scientific and reasonable, which can be used for reference by relevant departments.更多还原
