【摘要】 地震频发已成为城市的主要灾害之一,淮安市地震灾害救助体系的架构已经引起相关部门的高度重视。结合淮安目前应急物流系统存在的问题,针对可能发生的地震灾害风险,从交通基础设施、应急物资保障、调拨运输、组织协调机制、信息化等方面,提出完善策略,为政府提高区域应急管理水平和应急处置能力提供有益参考。更多还原
