基于遥感技术的地震灾区公路可恢复性分析
Recoverability of Broken Highways in Earthquake Based-on Remote Sensing Technology
【摘要】 对地震灾区受损公路的可恢复性分析在突发事件事中和事后应急管理中扮演着非常重要的角色。本文将遥感技术应用于面向地震灾区受损公路的可恢复性研究中,重点对受损公路的状态指标进行分析,并详细介绍了地震灾区受损公路可恢复性的分析过程。
【Abstract】 Evaluation is an important and widely studied topic throughout the lifecycle of emergency management. The recoverability analysis of damaged highways in earthquakes plays an essential role during and after incidents. In this paper, the Remote Sensing technology was applied to recoverability analysis oriented to damaged highways in earthquakes. The status indicators of damaged highways and the analysis process of recoverability are discussed.
