【Abstract】 In this paper,based on China’s national conditions and mining conditions,the main problems existing in current utilization of mineral resources are analyzed.And the mineral resources saving and comprehensive utilization work is reviewed.The mineral resources saving and comprehensive utilization is the key to realize economic and social development sustainably.Also,formation of "tax regulation,standard,incentive and constraint,demonstration and guiding " as the main idea for mineral resource saving and comprehensive utilization for a long-term mechanism is pointed out.更多还原
