【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the reasons for damages in towns and countries of Mianyang in Wenchuan earthquake,points out respective improvement measures,illustrates the new rural construction theory can be combined in the reconstruction planning for the towns and countries after the earthquake by taking the reconstruction planning for Xinlu town of Santai county in Mianyang as an example,and points out some suggestions for creating feature towns and countries,so as to emphasize on the protection of the local cultural tradition and embody the regional characteristics of the buildings.更多还原
