【Abstract】 Take Yingxiu,the epicenter of 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake for example.Those safety issues revealed by this earthquake are summarized from the planning point of view,and the measures that should be taken accordingly in the seismic planning of cities and towns are discussed,for the purpose of securing people’s lives to the largest extent in the face of disasters.更多还原
