合肥新桥国际机场航站楼索支承点支式玻璃幕墙的设计分析

【摘要】 合肥新桥国际机场3区航站楼陆侧采用单层索网支承体系玻璃幕墙,其具有通透性好,轻盈美观等特点,但设计分析时需要考虑预应力和几何非线性大变形的影响。本文运用ANSYS建立了该3区整体结构的有限元模型,分析了在考虑风荷载和地震荷载的组合作用下玻璃幕墙的承载能力及变形性能,同时讨论了索网幕墙对主体结构的影响。结果表明,幕墙的变形及拉索的内力均满足要求,索网幕墙对主体钢结构的影响不大,通过有限元分析结果为实际工程设计提供依据。

【Abstract】 Section-3 landside of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport terminal adopts single layer cable net curtain walls,having fine transparence and light weigh etc,but in the design and analysis of cable net there is a need to consider the influence of prestress and large deflection.In this paper,the section-3 overall structure model of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport terminal was established by using the finite element method(FEM) software ANSYS,the load bearing capacity and deformability of the curtain walls under load cases with seismic loads and wind loads were analyzed,also the cable net curtain walls’ effect on the main structure was discussed.The results show that the displacements of the curtain walls and the internal forces of cables meet the requirements,the cable net curtain walls have little effect on the main steel structure,and the finite element analysis results can provide the basis for practical design.
