基于GC-PCP耦合模型的村镇地震风险评价

【摘要】 针对村镇风险评价过程中系统指标对地震风险影响的非线性特征、指标间的信息重叠和"信息部分完全"的问题,提出了用基于非线性变换的灰色关联度(GC)-主成分投影(PCP)耦合模型的村镇地震灾害风险评价方法评价和比较村镇地震灾害风险。首先对各指标进行非线性变换和无量纲化,其次建立灰色关联度判断矩阵,最后利用主成分投影方法计算得到各村镇的地震灾害风险值,依据风险等级标准可得到研究区域各村镇的地震灾害风险等级水平,并进行了排序。通过实例证明该方法模型构建容易,计算简便,应用于村镇地震灾害风险评价中是可行的。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the problems of non-linear impact of the system of indicators,the information overlap between the indicators and the incomplete information in the risk assessment process,the assessment of seismic risk in villages based on non-linear transformation GC-PCP-coupled model is presented in this paper to evaluate and compare villages earthquake risk.Firstly,the logarithmic transformation and Standardization of the indicators is calculated,then the gray correlation matrix is established.Finally,the values ??of earthquake disaster risk are calculated by principal component projection method.Based on risk level standard,the earthquake risk levels of the villages are determined and sorted.The method is applied to the practical engineering and the evaluation results shows that the model is easy to build,the calculation is simple and application to the earthquake risk assessment in towns and villages is feasible.
