地下管线可靠性分析的FTA-SPA模型
Analysis Model of the Buried Pipeline Reliability Based on FTA-SPA
【摘要】 地下管线常受到人为因素、应力、腐蚀介质与杂质的影响,致使管线发生失效,严重影响了地下管线的可靠性和使用寿命。本文在地下管线失效故障树分析的基础上,引入集对分析方法,从同、异、反3个方面反映了地下管线系统的可靠(完全正常地运行)、可靠与不可靠的模糊中介过渡(局部的暂时的轻微的故障,可简称为异常)、不可靠(失效,或简称为反常)。通过有关联系数的运算与分析,形成了基于FTA-SPA的地下管线系统可靠性分析模型。应用表明,与其它方法相比,该方法避免了信息丢失等问题,丰富了系统评价信息,简单实用,为地下管线系统可靠性分析提供了一种有效的新方法。
【Abstract】 The buried pipeline often comes under the influence of human factor,stress,corrosive medium and impurity,thus causing the buried pipeline to be failed,which directly affects the reliability and service life of the buried pipeline.Set pair analysis(SPA) method was introduced to describe the reliability,fuzzy intermediary interim,and unreliability from identical discrepancy and contrary based on Fault tree analysis(FTA) on the buried pipeline.The analysis model of the buried pipeline reliability based on FTA-SPA was built by SPA connected number.It is a kind of new complete and available method through analyzing the practical examples.
