结构鲁棒性及其分析要点刍议

【摘要】 土木工程中,结构鲁棒性(国内规范始称整体稳固性)强调结构"在偶然局部损伤情况下,不致造成与此损伤起因(或程度)不相称的破坏"。考虑到鲁棒性对于防灾减灾的特殊意义,本文探讨和澄清鲁棒性分析的相关要点,包括它所考虑的结构状态及设计状况、"与起始事件无关"这一概念的内涵、结构体系与所处环境的相互作用等,为深入研究结构鲁棒性提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 In civil engineering,structural robustness highlights the ability of a structure to accommodate any possible perturbations(for example,local damage) while keeping the resultant consequences not out of proportion to the extent of the original cause.In view of the significance of robustness,the present article discusses and clarifies the essential issues with regard to structural robustness analysis,including the structural states and design situations underlying,the connotation of the term of ‘threat-independent’,the structure-environment interactions,etc.The discussion would add value to extensive robustness analysis.
