多层地下交通枢纽的多灾种危险源辨识
Hazard Identification of Multi-Disaster Safety of Underground Multistory Traffic Hubs
【摘要】 近年来,我国地下多层综合交通枢纽得到了迅猛发展并广泛用于现代化都市交通系统的关键节点,其面对不同灾难事件时安全性的优劣对于保障人民生命财产的安全具有重大的意义。因此,对其开展多灾种的危险源辨识研究是十分必要的。本文考虑到地下多层综合交通枢纽的主要安全特性,对火灾、炸弹和生化恐怖袭击、水灾和地震等四种主要灾害的危险源进行了辨识,提出了其安全设计要素。作为基础性的研究,本文的工作对于构建地下多层综合交通枢纽的多灾种安全体系具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In recent years,underground multi-story traffic hubs have been developed rapidly and used widely as the key nodes of traffic system of modern cities in China.Their safety under various disasters attacks is of vital importance to the human life and the national property.Therefore,it is mandatory to take special care in hazard identification of multi-disaster of the underground multi-story traffic hub.Considering the main characteristics of safety of such traffic hubs,four types of hazardous accident,namely,fire hazard,terrorism attack by biochemical agent or bomb,flood and earthquake,are included in the present hazard identification,and the corresponding essentials of safety are presented.As a fundamental research,the present study to establish a system of multi-disaster safety of the underground multistory traffic hubs is of great significant.
