高强螺栓外伸端板的刚性连接设计

【摘要】 钢框架节点设计中,梁与柱强轴方向的刚性连接通常采用端板式连接。分析了影响梁柱节点连接刚性的三个因素,包括端板厚度、柱加劲肋的设置和柱翼缘补强板设置与否。探讨了外伸端板厚度的计算公式和柱加劲肋的计算方法。根据受力分析,推导了柱翼缘补强板厚度的公式,为工程设计提供了一些参考。

【Abstract】 In the connection design of the steel frame,the high-strength bolt with end plate connection was extensively used at the rigid joint where the beam was connected to the strong axis of the column.We analyzed the three factors that affected rigid connection of beam-column joints,besides the thickness of end plate,the install of rib stiffener and the need for column flange backing.In the paper,the formula of the thickness of end plate and calculation method of the rib stiffener was discussed.According to mechanical analysis,the formula for the thickness of the backing plate was deduced.The formula was provided some references in an actual connection design.
