【Abstract】 A practical formula for calculating the short-term stiffness of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheet has been established on the basis of analyzing the regularity of changes in the sectional stiffness of these beams.The calculation results agree well with the test results,which can be used as references for strengthening design.更多还原
