螺旋隧道最佳线形曲率研究

【摘要】 基于四川省九寨沟–绵阳公路螺旋隧道的工程背景,采用有限元方法研究了螺旋隧道的线性曲率,主要研究结论如下。(1)从围岩应力特征的角度来看,螺旋隧道外部的围岩应力大小与变形情况都随螺旋隧道的曲率半径的减小而增大,并且增加速度随曲率半径减小而加快。(2)螺旋隧道外部围岩的塑性区大小随曲率半径减小从无到有,塑性区的面积伴随螺旋隧道曲率半径减小而增大。(3)从螺旋隧道初次支护受力的方面来看,随螺旋隧道曲率半径的减小,螺旋隧道初次支护的最大拉应力不断增大,而且增加的速度随着曲率半径的减小而加快。

【Abstract】 Based on the engineering background of spiral tunnel in Jiuzhaigou-Mianyang highway, sichuan province,the linear curvature of spiral tunnel is studied by finite element method. The main conclusions are as follows.(1)From the perspective of surrounding rock stress characteristics,the stress and deformation of surrounding rock outside the spiral tunnel increase with the decrease of the radius of curvature of the spiral tunnel,and the increase speed increases with the decrease of the radius of curvature.(2)The size of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock outside the spiral tunnel starts from scratch with the decrease of the radius of curvature,and the area of the plastic zone increases with the decrease of the radius of curvature of the spiral tunnel.(3)From the perspective of the force exerted on the primary support of spiral tunnel, with the decrease of the radius of curvature of spiral tunnel,the maximum tensile stress of the primary support of spiral tunnel increases continuously,and the increase speed increases with the decrease of the radius of curvature.
