【Abstract】 In the process of people’s daily residence and use,the building’s own quality will be damaged to varying degrees due to various external environmental and natural factors as well as human factors. For all kinds of injuries in the building,it is necessary to carry out timely maintenance. Otherwise,it will cause huge losses in the long-term accumulation,which will bring serious life risks to people. In this case,the housing construction industry must supervise the maintenance of the building and the quality of the maintenance,so as to provide a safe living environment for people’s lives.
