基于空心薄壁墩爬模施工的安全稳定性分析

【摘要】 通过采用Midas有限元计算方法,按最不利荷载组合考虑分析两种不同工况条件下支座水平与竖向最大应力,爬模体系中杆件拉应力与压应力分布情况,以及位移场中最大位移发生所在构件和最大位移值;应用容许应力法对爬模体系中局部承载构件的受力验算,验证液压爬模分析爬模施工中系统运行的安全稳定性。

【Abstract】 By using Midas ?nite element method,the maximum horizontal and vertical stresses of supports under two different working conditions,the distribution of tensile and compressive stresses of members in climbing formwork system,and the component and maximum displacement where the maximum displacement occurs in the displacement ?eld are analyzed according to the combination of the most unfavorable loads. Checking calculation of local load-bearing components in climbing formwork system veri?es the safety and stability of hydraulic climbing formwork analysis system in climbing formwork construction.
