空间网格结构动力检测时测点优化布置研究

【摘要】 在对空间网格结构进行动力检测和损伤识别时需要掌握结构的动力特性,空间网格结构由于杆件数和节点数比较多,在进行动力检测时对结构所有的点都布置传感器显得不经济,从而需对测点的布置进行优化。基于应变能理论提出将杆件应变能参与系数转化到节点上,通过比较节点应变能参与系数的大小以及正则化振型位移分量的大小来确定空间网格结构测点的布置方案,旨在为以后同类型结构动力检测及健康监测时传感器的优化布置提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 To make the dynamic detection and identify the damage of space grid structure,dynamic characteristics of the structure need to be obtained.Because the grid structure has a large number of nodes and members,it is uneconomical to arrange test points at all nodes when detecting the dynamic characteristics of the structure,then it needs to optimize the arrangement of measuring points.In this paper,based on the strain energy theory,a method that the strain energy participation factor of a member is transformed to member nodes is proposed.By comparing the equivalent strain energy participation factor at nodes and the regularization mode component respectively,measuring point arrangement of space grid structure under equipment excitations is determined.Thus some reference is provided for the dynamic detection and the layout of sensor during the health monitoring of space grid structure.
