采用钢梁翼缘对接栓焊节点的钢框架动力响应分析

【摘要】 基于一种新型钢框架连接节点——钢梁现场翼缘对接栓焊节点的半刚性性能,对其连接的钢框架进行非线性动力时程分析,探讨采用此新型节点的钢框架的动力特性。在计算模型中将栓焊节点简化为弹簧单元,采用有限元软件ANSYS研究连接刚度及不同地震波对钢框架模态、层间位移角、加速度、层间剪力等的影响,并与采用普通焊接节点的钢框架的动力性能进行对比分析。结果表明,采用此新型节点的钢框架的结构侧移值较焊接钢框架有所增加,但基底剪力值降低60.6%,层间剪力减小2~3倍。新型节点初始转动刚度小于普通焊接节点,因此钢框架的基本自振周期明显增大。综合分析结果,此新型节点是一种力学性能良好的节点,其连接的钢框架体系符合抗震要求,可应用于地震区域。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a nonlinear time history analysis on semi-rigid steel frame with a new spliced joint,namely,flange bolted-welded connection.The main objective of this paper is to study the effect of connection rigidity and different seismic waves to mode shape,inter-story drift,acceleration as well as inter-story shear force of semi-rigid steel frames.The flange bolted-welded connection is incorporated using spring element in finite element model of ANSYS.The analysis results show the lateral displacement of semi-rigid frame increases as compared to the frame with welded connection,while the base shear decreases by 60.6%.The inter-story shear force also reduces by 2to 3times of that of rigid frame.Owing to smaller initial rotational stiffness of the new joint,the natural vibration period of semi-rigid frame increases significantly.These results indicate the new joint exhibits good mechanical behavior,and the semi-rigid steel frame with new joint meets the requirement of seismic design code,therefore it can be used in earthquake area.
