基于Super-SBM模型的中国省际建筑业能源效率研究——以2006~2015年为例

【摘要】 能源利用效率的提高,将极大推动建筑业可持续发展的进程。选取劳动、能源、资本作为投入变量,经济产出和碳排放量作为产出变量,建立Super-SBM模型,对2006-2015年中国省际建筑业能源效率进行研究。研究表明:我国现阶段仍没有摆脱粗放型的发展模式,且各地区能源效率存在显著差异,东部沿海地区建筑业能源效率远高于中西部地区;能源投入与碳排放冗余情况仍不容乐观。最后,从政策措施、市场手段和区域合作方面提出建筑业节能减排建议。

【Abstract】 The improvement of energy efficiency will greatly promote the sustainable development of the construction industry. By selecting labor,energy and capital as the input variables,and economic output and carbon emissions as output variables,this paper establishes a Super-SBM model to study the energy efficiency of China’s provincial construction industry from 2006 to 2015. The research shows that:China has not yet got rid of the extensive development model at present,and there are significant differences in energy efficiency in various regions of China.The energy efficiency in eastern region is much higher than in the central and western regions;the energy input and carbon emission redundancy are still not optimistic. Finally,proposes relevant policy recommendations from three aspects:policy measures,market instruments and regional cooperation to promote the energy conservation and emission reduction.
