【Abstract】 After review of the development histor y of domestic residential industrialization, the practical significance in recommencement of residential industrialization is described. Considering the characteristics of new industrialized building, relevant countermeasures are put forward, such as development mode, improvement of wall panel quality, promotion of prefabricated stair and composite floor slab, etc., and several questions about promotion of residential industrialization are clarified.更多还原
